Chris and Bethani Austin were elected as lead pastor of Impact Church in August 2023. They have six children- one son, three daughters, their spouses, and four grandchildren.

Dan and Rita Stratton founded Impact Church in 1986. They reside in the Bowling Green area and have six children- four daughters and their spouses, five grandchildren and a great grandchild.

David Carroll Glisson
April 13, 1978 — June 15, 2023

David and Ashley (Stratton) Glisson served as assistant pastor at Impact Church for 13 years and were installed as lead pastor in April 2023. In June of 2023 Impact Church suffered a great loss with the passing of Pastor David Glisson. The love and passion he shared with those around him will be a legacy that will forever impact our church and our city.
